The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner/plaintiff No.2 seeking a direction to the Lower Appellate Court to expedite the decision of the appeal being CA No.143 of 2024 titled as “Hardeep Singh and others Vs. Harpal Singh and others”, which is fixed for 21.09.2026. 2. A perusal of the facts of the case would show that the plaintiffs had filed a suit for declaration to the effect that they are joint owners and in joint possession of the suit land. The said suit was decreed vide judgment and decree dated 12.07.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Trial Court. 3. Aggrieved against the judgment and decree dated 12.07.2024 (Annexure P-1), the respondents-defendants preferred an appeal, which is pending before the Lower Appellate Court. 4.
