Mr. Arijit Bardhan Mr. Subhajit Manna Ms. Archita Roy Mr. Gourab Mondal …for the petitioner After some argument, Mr. Bardhan, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this civil revisional application with liberty to file an appropriate application seeking dismissal of the suit before the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 4th Court, Alipore in Title Suit No. 662 of 2024. In the light of the submission made by Mr. Bardhan, the civil revisional application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take out an appropriate application praying for dismissal of the suit before the learned trial judge. It is, however, made clear that if any application is filed, the same shall be considered by the learned trial judge in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties and by passing a reasoned order.
