In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the impugned judgment and decree dated 27.10.2017 passed by the learned Additional District Judge No.1, Beawar, District Alwar in Civil Regular Appeal No.22/2013 is modified accordingly. 4. In that view of the matter, the present civil second appeal stands disposed of in terms of compromise dated 24.09.2025. 5. All pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
