ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayers:
"(a) SET ASIDE the Order dated 06-01-2026 passed by the learned XL Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru City, in C.C.No.32161/2023 vide Annexure-A; (b) PERMIT the Petitioner to deposit 20% of the fine amount before the learned XL Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru City, in C.C.No.32161/2023 as per the Order dated 24-07-2024 passed by the learned LVI Addl. City Civil & Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, in Criminal Appeal No.1243/2024, vide Annexure-D; (c) PASS such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice."
2. Heard J.R.Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and have perused the material on record.
3. This Court on 01.04.2026 had passed the following
order:
“The petitioner shall deposit 20% of the fine amount, before the concerned Court in the next one week.

In the event, the petitioner would want to deposit the aforesaid amount, the concerned Court shall receive the said amount.
List the matter on 15.04.2026, in the fresh matters list.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
order has been complied with and the concerned Court has restored the suspension of sentence.
5. In that light, nothing further would survive for
consideration in the case at hand.
The petition stands thus disposed.
