Counsel for the petitioner in presenting his arguments submits that the order has spent itself as of today. Hence, the writ petition may be disposed of as infructuous. 4. Heard the arguments and perused the papers with care. 5. A perusal of the impugned order indicates that Respondent No.1 had recognized Sri.Ramesh.C as a protected workman for the year 2024–25. The said period has since elapsed. Consequently, the grievance raised in the present petition no longer survives for consideration, and the petition has accordingly been rendered infructuous.
