LPA No. 101 of 2026 Counsel for the appellant submits that he is relying on the judgment passed by the Division Bench in CWPOA No. 7438 of 2020, along with connected matters, in which the Hon’ble Single Judge, who passed the impugned judgment, was a part of the aforesaid Division 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes -2- Bench in which the judgment in CWP No. 4489 of 2009 is also relied upon. He further states that he seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal, as he intends to file a review petition in view of the said judgment in CWPOA No. 7438 of 2020, titled Gopal Singh vs. State of H.P. and others, decided on 22nd August, 2024. 2. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as not pressed, with liberty as aforesaid to file a review petition. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. (G.S.
