2. It is submitted that in the cause title of the writ petition, due to inadvertent error, the Superintendent of Police (B), Hojai (respondent no.3) and the District Commissioner, Hojai (respondent no.4) have been impleaded, which ought to have been Superintendent of Police (B), Nagaon and the District Commissioner, Nagaon. Accordingly, by filing this interlocutory application, prayer is made for allowing rectification of the cause title in respect of the said respondent nos. 3 and 4.
3. Having heard the learned CGC, State and Departmental counsel, the prayer is allowed.
