GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following order: The short grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent authorities are trying to interfere and demolish the part of the existing structures situated in Sy.No.787 and 788-B of Leburu Bit-II, Jagadevipet Panchayat and Village, Indukurupet mandal, SPSR Nellore district, under the guise of road widening, without issuing any notice, without initiating land acquisition proceedings and without paying the compensation. 2. Heard V.Roopesh Kumar reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri C.Praveen, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings and Sri Venkata Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings on instructions dated 05.06.2026 submitted that the authorities are not interfering with the petitioners subject property. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions dated 27.05.2026 submitted that the 1st petitioner has encroached the land classified as Canal Poramboke and that they would take steps by following due process of law. 5. In view of the above submissions that the authorities are not interfering with the petitioners subject property and they have an intention to take steps 4 by following due process of law, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same with the following directions: “The respondent authorities are directed not to interfere with the subject property except under due process of law”. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
