In this writ petition, the petitioners herein are assailing the order dated 04.04.2025 (Annexure-D) passed by respondent No.1 in R.P.No.135/2024, inter-alia, has sought for a direction to respondent No.3 to enter the name of the petitioners herein in the revenue records. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the impugned order at Annexure-D, it is noticed that the father of respondent No.4, namely K.N.Narayana Reddy, had acquired the property as per the registered sale deed dated 27.10.1965 and his name was mutated in the revenue records and continued till 2018 in the RTC extracts. - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010302652026 NC: 2026:KHC:45905 WP No. 14054 of 2026 4. In that view of the matter and taking into consideration the fact that the father of respondent No.4 died on 01.05.2021, I am of the view that, the finding recorded by the respondent - Authorities is just and proper and it does not call for interference by this Court.
