1. The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners from the initial date of appointment and grant them all the consequential benefits.
2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars and by making averments with regard to maintainability of the writ petition against respondent No.2-Society.
