Heard Sri. Dilip Kumar I.S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4; Sri. Nagaiah, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.5; and Sri. Gopalakrishna Murthy C., learned counsel appearing for respondents 6 to 8. 3. Sri. Dilip Kumar I.S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein has filed statement of objections before the respondent No.2 in the impugned proceedings alleging that the Phodi proceedings have been challenged by respondents 6 to 8 herein, after a delay of more than forty years. Taking in to consideration the fact that the matter is pending consideration before the respondent No.2 in the impugned proceedings and the petitioner herein has already filed statement of objections, the respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Land Records, Chikkamagaluru is directed to conclude the proceedings, after considering the statement of objections filed by the petitioner herein, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
