Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the petition. 2. Memo dated 28.08.2026 read as under; The Petitioner respectfully submits that, during the pendency of the above Writ Petition, the sub-lease in respect of the subject property has been duly executed and completed. Pursuant thereto, the Petitioner has established the retail outlet/petrol bunk in the subject property and the same is presently operational and being run by the Petitioner. In view of the above developments, the grievance raised by the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition no longer survives for consideration. Accordingly, the Petitioner does not wish to prosecute the above Writ Petition any further and seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the same. WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to take this Memo on record and permit the Petitioner to withdraw the above Writ Petition and pass appropriate orders in the interest of justice and equity. 3.
