After some argument, he prays for leave to withdraw this civil revisional application with liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned trial judge. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. 2773 of 2026 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned trial judge with an appropriate application.
