By way of filing the instant petition a challenge has been made to the impugned FIR No.63/2021, registered with Police Station Kotkasim, District Bhiwadi (Alwar) for the offences under Sections 376, 342 & 379 of IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of the factual report dated 20.02.2026 received from SHO Police Station Kotkasim, apprised this Court of the fact after investigation, charge-sheet was submitted against the petitioner under Section 376, 376(2)(N), 342 & 343 of IPC before the Juvenile Justice Board and the Juvenile Justice Board vide its judgment dated 06.08.2025 has acquitted the petitioner from all the aforesaid charges. He further submits that under the changed [2026:RJ-JP:10833] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-2064/2021] circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with the instant petition and the same has become infructuous. 3.
