JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER The petitioner claiming to be the owner of the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition, has requested respondent Nos.3 to 5 to issue Khata in his favour. As no action has been taken on his representations so far, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to issue the necessary Khata in favour of the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 to 5, upon instructions, submits that the petitioner has made only a physical application and he is required to make an online application along with all the necessary particulars and if he were to do so, his request would be considered in accordance with law. The petitioner is granted liberty to make the necessary application in the manner known to law, for change of Khata in respect of the property, which is the subject matter of the writ petition. ii. If such an application is made with all the necessary particulars, respondent Nos.3 to 5 are hereby directed to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (08) weeks thereafter. iii.
