ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before the Court, seeking the following prayer:
"a) Direct the court below/Principal Civil Judge and
JMFC at Bangarpet, for punishable under sections
420, 423, 468, 474 read with section 34 of IPC, in
CC No. 2096/2023 to dispose as expeditious as
possible, vide Document No.1, in the interest of
justice. b) Pass any other order or orders, as this Hon'ble
court deems fit under the circumstances of the
case."

2. Heard Sri. Rajesh Gowda,
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and have perused the material on record.
3. The petitioner is the complainant institutes proceedings invoking Section 200 of Cr.P.C. for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 423, 468, 474 read with Section 34 of the IPC.
4. The petitioner has now approached this Court and the concerned Court has not concluded the proceedings despite the passage of 4 years and the matters being adjourned without any rhyme or reason. The order sheets appended to the petition is a testimony to the submission of the learned counsel appearing to the petitioner.
5. In that light, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned court to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order, if not earlier.
