In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the representations at Annexure-M dated 25.08.2021 would indicate that, the petitioner has sought for cancellation of the grant made in favour of the District Social Welfare Office, Mandya. 3. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that the consideration of the representation at Annexure-M does not arise at all, and if the petitioner is being aggrieved by the grant made in favour of the District Social Welfare Office, Mandya, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same in a manner known to law and not by filing representations as stated above.
