The petitioner, who is serving as a Peon, is aggrieved by his transfer order dated 03.03.2026 (Annexure P-1), in terms whereof, he has been transferred from GHS Jamli, District Sirmour to GHS Kanser u/c GSSS Bharog Baneri, District Sirmour, H.P. 3. On a query put to learned counsel for the petitioner, he has apprised the Court that the distance between these two 2 stations is about 30 to 35 kilometers. Learned counsel in addition has submitted that the petitioner is a physically disabled person, which is evident from Annexure P-2, which demonstrates that he has 40% locomotor disability. Accordingly, learned counsel prays that either the impugned order be quashed and set aside or the petitioner may be adjusted at some other place. 4. In light of the fact that the petitioner has already completed his normal tenure at the present place of posting, without interfering with the transfer order, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the Competent Authority may decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-4) within three weeks from today and till the decision of the representation, the petitioner be not forced to join the station, to which he has been transferred and he may avail the kind of leave due to.
