The petition is preferred on the score that the concerned court has gone on granting adjournments without rhyme or reason and the matter is pending for the last 11 years before the concerned court. In the light of the offences being as aforesaid, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality into the proceedings with a direction to the concerned Court to conclude the proceedings with an outer limit of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law.
