This petition has been filed for initiating proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for alleged wilful disobedience of order dated 20.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in CWP-15098- 2021. 2. On an advance copy having been furnished, Mr. Praveen Kumar, DAG, Haryana, puts in appearance on behalf of the respondents and submits that in deference of order dated 20.03.2024 (Annexure P-1), a speaking order dated 23.09.2024 had been passed, a copy of which is produced in Court. The same is taken on record as Mark ‘A’. A copy thereof stands furnished to learned counsel opposite. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after perusing the speaking order dated 23.09.2024, submits that since substantial compliance has been made, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. He, thus, prays that the present petition be disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to take legal recourse against speaking order dated 23.09.2024, in accordance with law.
