When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been complied with and seeks liberty to the petitioner to permit them to participate in the proceeding initiated against IF and FS Networks Ltd., by the Securities and Exchange Board. 3. In view of the above, no further order is necessary in this case.
