Regarding the same, the stipulation in Paragraph No.7(b) imposed on the Petitioner/Appellant in Crl.A.No.384 of 2026 dated 09.04.2026 that “ the appellant shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 06.30p.m., until further orders”, is modified to the effect that “ the Petitioner/Appellant shall appear before the respondent police on every first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
