For Petitioner: Mr.A.Arshad Khan For Respondent: Ms.R.S.Indira Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in para 3 of the order of this Court dated 16.04.2026 in Crl.OP.No.9493 of 2026. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 16.04.2026 in Crl.OP.No.9493 of 2026, modified the bail condition directing the petitioner to execute one blood surety and one local surety. Though the learned Government Advocate objects to the modification application, considering that the petitioner has been in custody since 27.11.2025, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, instead of executing one blood surety and one local surety, the petitioner is directed to execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand Only) each, to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Erode. The petitioner is further directed not to leave Erode District without prior permission of the learned Magistrate concerned and shall appear and sign before the respondent police station daily twice at 08.00 a.m. and 06.00 p.m. until further orders. 4.
