COMMON ORDER:
As the subject matter involved in these writ petitions is one and the same, this Court is inclined to dispose of these writ petitions by way of this common order. 2.
These writ petitions are filed challenging the action of the respondents in issuing proceedings dated 12.10.2022 granting permission to the Executive Officer to encash the FDRs of the subject temple for construction of shopping complex and consequent permission to call for tenders as per proceedings dated 29.10.2022. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 furnished written instructions / letter dated 28.06.2026. The said instructions outline that the Executive Officer of the temple has informed that the temple authorities have formally withdrawn the proposal to encash the FDRs and to utilize the same for construction of the shopping complex. 4. In view of the above, nothing survives in these writ petitions to adjudicate further. 5. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
