Learned advocate for the State submits that five witnesses have already been examined and there are other vulnerable witnesses to be examined. I have taken into account the materials appearing in the case diary which reflects that the petitioner is a part of the chain in trafficking. Considering the incriminating materials appearing against the present petitioner and the offence emanating 2 from the border area, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail particularly in a case of trafficking. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. State is directed to expedite the process of trial of the vulnerable witnesses and complete the same within a period of seven months from the next date fixed.
