Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo so filed reads as follows:

The undersigned Counsel for the Petitioner, upon instructions, most respectfully submits that the Petitioner may kindly be permitted to withdraw the above petition with liberty to avail the appropriate

remedy before the learned Trial Court, including by filing an appropriate application for discharge, in accordance with law.
It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Hon'ble Court afresh, if so necessitated by the circumstances or if any grievance survives after consideration of the discharge application by the learned Trial Court, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interests of justice and equity .
Wherefore, the undersigned counsel respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit withdrawal of the petition with the aforesaid liberty, in the interest of justice and equity."
