Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unnecessarily detained in custody. Charge- sheet has already been submitted but till date charges have not been framed.
Having considered the fact that the evidence of the victim is yet to be recorded, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the victim is over. Learned special court/trial court is directed to complete the process of consideration of charges within a week from the next date fixed and within a month thereafter complete the evidence of the victim. Petitioner will renew his prayer
2 for bail after the said stage is over.
At this stage, CRM(M)1500 of 2026 is dismissed.
