Affidavit of service filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record. 2. By presenting this writ petition petitioner has expressed dissatisfaction with regard to investigation in Tehatta Police Station Case No. 519 of 2026 dated 11th June, 2026 under certain provisions of BNS. Grievance is also expressed against investigating officer and prayer is made for change of investigating officer. 3. Learned advocate representing State respondents has disputed submission made on behalf of petitioner. According to State respondents investigation is going on. Respondent nos. 6 and 7 are represented by learned advocate. 2 4. At this stage, Court does not find it necessary to interfere with the writ petition thereby directing the police authority to change investigating officer taking note of case made out in this writ petition. Let investigation be carried on expeditiously and take the same to its logical conclusion by filing report before the jurisdictional Magistrate. If petitioner is dissatisfied with the report in that event petitioner shall have liberty to approach jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 193(9) of BNSS 2023. 5.
