1. Mr. Raj Kumar, Advocate has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and states that the arguing counsel is not available.
2. On the other hand, learned State counsel submitted that the present petition is not only premature but is also an abuse of process of law and further submitted that the prayer in the present petition is for quashing of the proceedings initiated under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961, which is still pending before the District Development and Panchayat Officer-cum-Collector, Tarn Taran and during the pendency of the aforesaid proceedings, present petition is filed for quashing of the aforesaid. However, no such law point has been raised in the present petition.
3. We are of the considered view that since the present petition has been filed for quashing of the proceedings, which are already pending before RAJEEV PUROHIT 2026.09.01 17:42 I am approving this document
