The petitioner is an accused in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 160 of 2025. A theft was committed in the house of the informant and jewellery worth rupees one crore thirty lakhs and cash of Rs.1,70,000/- were stolen. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that so far as mobile and motorcycle which have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner is concerned, the mobile belongs to the petitioner and in fact no mention has been made about the theft of the same in the First Information Report and so far as the Bullet Motorcycle is concerned, the same belongs to his friend. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.11.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of a co-accused. Regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Keredari P.S.
