Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has roots in India, married to an Indian and she is presently carrying. Petitioner is in custody for 179 days. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that further investigation is in process and the investigating agency on receipt of report would prefer to provide the details so far as the present petitioner is concerned. Having considered that the lady has already conceived and is presently carrying and is lodged in jail, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. The petitioner, namely, Trisha Bairagi alias Tisha Biswas shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/- 2 (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Bongaon. If on bail, the petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date before the learned Magistrate and shall not leave the jurisdiction of Bongaon Police Station till further orders of the learned Magistrate. Till the supplementary charge-sheet, if any, is submitted, the police authorities would be at liberty to make surprise visit at the residence where the petitioner would be staying. Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police authorities and provide her address to the local police station where she would be residing. Accordingly, CRM(M) 2442 of 2025 is allowed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
