Gopal Sood versus Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation and another CMP No.2230 of 2026 in Ex. Petition No. 2686 of 2025 23.02.2026 Present: Mr. Manohar Lal Sharma, Advocate, for the applicant. Mr. S.S.Panta, Advocate, for respondents. Notice. Mr. S.S. Panta, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents. Applicant’s grievance is that even though main execution petition was disposed of on 19.12.2025 on the basis of submissions made by the respondents about having released all due and admissible retiral benefits to the petitioner yet the respondents have not completely released the due and admissible retiral benefits. At this stage, learned counsel for respondents placed on record copy of office letter dated 21.02.2026 and on that basis submits that remaining retiral benefits amounting to 56,970/- have been ordered to be released in favour of the petitioner on 21.02.2026 through RTGS. Learned counsel for the applicant is satisfied with the action now taken by the respondents. In view of the above submissions, the present application is disposed of. Jyotsna Rewal Dua
