Heard Sri. Sakshi M. Krishna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4; and Sri. N. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the impugned order, it is forthcoming that the petitioner herein is challenging the order passed under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act by the respondent No.3-Assistant Commissioner. In that view of the matter, I am of the considered opinion that the petitioner is having an efficacious remedy under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act to challenge the impugned order. Accordingly, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, writ petition is dismissed. SD/- (E.S.
