JUSTICE M.G.S. KAMAL ORAL ORDER 1. Petitioner in response to the notification issued by the respondent-Corporation inviting applications for allotment of dealership, had applied for the notified area namely Koothanahalli Village, Chikkaballpura Taluk and District had applied. Name of the petitioner was short-listed. He was also issued with the intimation letter in that regard. 2. However, petitioner was required to offer the land or the details of the same, within three months thereafter. Accordingly, petitioner had submitted document at Annexure-E namely Mortgage Deed with possession with regard to the land possessed by him for the purpose of issuance of authorization and the same has been rejected by the respondents. As such, he is before this Court. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the respondent- Corporation submits that there is a provision seeking - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010223642023 NC: 2026:KHC:45093 WP No. 10307 of 2023 review as per Clause 18 of the brochure and if the petitioner is intending, he may seek recourse under Clause 18 providing for Grievance Redressal System. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the grievance redressal cell of the respondent- Corporation for reconsideration of the matter. 5. Submissions are placed on record. 6. Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-corporation under clause 18 of the Brochure providing for grievance redressal system. If the petitioner approaches within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order, respondent- corporation shall consider the same and pass appropriate order, affording personal hearing to the petitioner, if required.
