Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that interlocutory application has been filed for ignoring the defect. 2. Considering the said submission, defect stands ignored. 3. Accordingly, I.A. No.1499 of 2025 stands allowed. A.B.A. No. 601 of 2026 4. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 5. This anticipatory bail application under Sections 482 & 484 of B.N.S.S has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for the offences under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of IPC 6. Earlier on merit on 10.07.2025, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed. 7. Since the anticipatory bail application was dismissed earlier, I am not inclined to reopen the issues for grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Dumri P.S. Case No.08 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla, stands rejected. 8. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands dismissed.
