Dubey, APP ------ 2/20.03.2026 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this petition has been filed for modification in order dated 18/12/2025 passed in ABA No. 5920 of 2025. He next submits that the petitioner was indisposed and therefore he has not surrendered before the learned court within the stipulated time and in that view of the matter, further time may kindly be granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the privilege of anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner, in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered. 3. Considering that the privilege of anticipatory bail has already been provided to the petitioner and due to indisposition, he was not able to surrender before the learned court within the stipulated time. 4. In that view of the matter, further two weeks’ time is extended to the petitioner from today to surrender before the learned court. 5. As such, the order dated 18/12/2025 passed in ABA No. 5920 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. Rest of the order is kept intact. 6. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
