1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS (erstwhile Section 438 of the Cr.P.C) by the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail as the petitioner has been implicated in criminal case arising out of First Information Report as detailed hereinunder:- FIR No. Dated Sections Police Station 80 07.03.2026 316(2), 85, 3(5) of BNS (erstwhile Sections 406, 498-A, 34 of IPC) (Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s)m 3(2) (Va) of SC/ST Act, 1989 added later on) Pundri, District Kaithal
2. Vide order dated 22.07.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioners were released on interim bail and were directed to join investigation.

3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Yashpal No. 310/KTL states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are not required for custodial interrogation.
