JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before the Court seeking the following prayers: (a) Quash the Impugned complaint dated 28 June 2024 in the FIR dated 29 June 2024 bearing FIR No.RC0372024A0005 lodged by the Anti- Corruption Bureau - CBI, Bengaluru; (b) Quash First Information Report bearing FIR No.RC037024A005 (at Annexure-A) registered by Respondent under Sections 120B read with Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, which is currently pending on the files of the Hon'ble XXI Add City Civil and Sessions Judge and Special Judge for CBI Cases, Bengaluru (CCH-4) and consequent proceedings thereto; and, - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010651932024 NC: 2026:KHC:45970 WP No. 30952 of 2024 (c) Issue any other Writs/directions/Orders as may be deemed fit and grant such other appropriate reliefs to the petitioner including costs, in the ends of justice." 2. Heard Sri. Mithel Reddy, learned counsel for Smt. Tamarra Sequeira, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Rahul Reddy, learned counsel for Sri. P. Prasanna Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the CBI has filed its closure report without implicating the petitioner. 4. Sri. Rahul Reddy, learned counsel representing the respondent/CBI on instructions and verification of records submit that accused No.1 has not been implicated in the final report so filed before the concerned Court. 5. Leaving open the petitioner to avail of such remedy, as is available in law including the knocking at the doors of this Court all over again, in the event of need, the petition stands disposed.
