The petitioners are the appellants in Criminal Appeal No. 9/2025. The concerned court had reserved the said proceeding for its orders on 28.02.2026 and despite close to 7 months has not passed any order. Therefore the petitioners are before this court. In the light of the appeal proceedings pending for the judgment being reserved for the last 7 to 8 months, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned court to expeditiously dispose the said appeal at any rate within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
