Considering the fact that no adverse order is passed as against the respondents 3 and 4 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given a complaint / representation dated 09.01.2026 as against the third and fourth respondents before the second respondent police. However, the second respondent has not taken any action on his representation. 4.
