Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. FIR in Crime No.128/2025 was registered against unknown persons. During the course of investigation, some of the accused were arrested and in the remand application, petitioner's name is shown as accused No.5. Apprehending arrest, the petitioner had therefore, approached the jurisdictional Sessions Court in Crl.Misc.No.399/2026, seeking anticipatory bail.
