3. After arguing at length,
learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court concerned within ten days from today.
5. Learned State Counsel has no objection to it.
6. In such view of the matter, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court concerned on or before 05.05.2026. Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.

The instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- (i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned FIR/Case Crime No. 0177/2026, dated 11.03.2026 registered at Patel Nagar District Dehradun under Sections 3,4 of P.O.C.S.O. Act 2012 and Sections 137(2), 64 of B.N.S., 2023 (Annexure No.1 page no. 12-16).. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 and 2 not to arrest the petitioner in FIR/Case Crime No. 0177/2026, dated 11.03.2026 registered at Patel Nagar District Dehradun under Sections 3, 4 of P.O.C.S.O. Act 2012 and Sections 137(2), 64 of B.N.S., 2023.
