The writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of and the operative portion of the order reads thus: “6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, giving liberty to the petitioner to make an application through online under Form VIA as per Rules by annexing all the relevant documents. Thereafter, the learned 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders strictly as per the law. No order as to costs.” 3. The contempt case was filed in March, 2026. 4. A reply was filed by the respondent annexing the Endorsement vide PRA2024112555183, dated 09.05.2025, issued by the respondent. As seen from the said endorsement, the request of the petitioner will be considered after re-survey in respect of Extended Grama Kantham land. 5. Learned counsel on either side would submit that re-survey was not conducted so far. 6. Given the endorsement issued by the 2nd respondent dated 09.05.2025, this Court is of the opinion that there is no deliberate or intentional violation of the order dated 18.07.2025 in W.P.No.18025 of 2025 by the respondent. 7. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is Closed. No costs.
