This writ petition is filed seeking following reliefs: a) Allow the writ by quashing the order passed by the Hon'ble Debts Recovery Tribunal - I, at Bangalore, vide its order dated:21/09/2023 (Annexure-A) by directing the Hon'ble Debts Recovery Tribunal - I, at Bangalore, to maintain status Quo during the pending disposal of S.A.No.420/2023 between the parties. b) Issue any other writ or direction, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to issue, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. Counsel for respondent No.3 - Bank submits that a memo has been filed stating that the DRT has disposed of S.A.No.420/2023 on 30.01.2026 and the same may be placed on record and the writ petition may be disposed of as having become infructuous. 4. The oral submission and memo is placed on record. 5. It is noted that the DRT has disposed of the SA. The present petition was filed challenging the order dated 21.09.2023. In view of the disposal of the appeal before the DRT, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.
