Being a senior citizen, the petitioner seeks for early disposal of the suit. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the District Munsif Court-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil to dispose of O.S. No. 19 of 2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6. Since the suit is of the year 2025, this Court, after giving due consideration to the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen, directs the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil, to dispose of O.S.
