In-action on the part of concerned police authority after receiving complaint prompted the petitioner to approach this Court with the present writ petition seeking certain directions upon police authority. 3. Learned advocates representing State respondents and respondent nos.6 to 9 have jointly submitted that based on complaint lodged by petitioner FIR was registered being Chanditala P.S. Case no.473 of 2025 dated 21st June, 2025 under certain provisions of BNS. 4. It is also submitted on behalf of respondent nos.6 to 9 that respondent nos.6 to 9 being accused persons in the FIR surrendered before court below and were granted interim bail till 30th December, 2026. It is also submitted that now those respondents are on bail. 5. In view of steps taken by the concerned police authority by registering FIR, no further order need be passed on this writ petition except a direction upon [2] Investigating Officer to expedite the investigation and file report before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 6.
