ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present writ petition, he has challenged the non-grant of an ex parte temporary injunction by the trial court in the suit. The suit is filed for a permanent injunction.
2. Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel, appears for Caveator-Respondent No. 1.
3. As no adverse order is passed in the writ petition, notice to Respondents No. 2 to 5 is dispensed with in the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that today the caveator and some of the defendants in the suit have entered their appearance before the trial court, and the matter stands posted to 25.09.2026.
5. As the contesting defendants have entered their appearance, it would be appropriate that they file their

written statements as well as objections to the application for temporary injunction.
6. If the objections to the application seeking temporary injunction are filed on the next date of hearing, the trial court shall consider the same and dispose of the same within thirty days from the next date of hearing.
Ordered accordingly, and the writ petition stands
disposed of, no order as to costs.
