There are 3 persons namely (1) Ku Gurbachan Singh and (ii) Jaswant Kaur W/o late Kuldeep Singh and Chander Rekha @ Rekah D/o Ram Parkash arrayed as accused in the present FIR 2. Accused Kulwinder Kaur W/o Gurbachan Singh and Jaswant Kaur W/o late Kuldeep Singh have appear the Court and recorded their joint statement qua the compromise. Whereas, accused Chander Rekha @ Rekah D/o Ram Parkash has appeared through VC and recorded her statement. 3. As per statement of Investigating Officer, no additional accused has been added in the present FIR 4. As per statement of Investigating Officer, the accused are neither declared as proclaimed person nor any such proceedings have been initiated or pending against them. 5.
