Mr. Siddhartha Bisht, A.G.A. for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Sessions Trial No.01 of 2022, State v. Tanjil and others, arising out of FIR No.401 of 2021, under Sections 201, 302, 392, 34, 411 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Ramnagar, District Nainital. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No. 2386 of 2022, was rejected on 05.06.2024. 4. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, has already been granted bail. 2 5. This fact is not disputed by learned State Counsel. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
