1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record.
2. By presenting this writ petition petitioner prays for direction upon the concerned police authorities to take steps which would prevent respondent nos. 5 to 7 from disturbing peaceful possession of the petitioner over the property in question.
3. Learned advocate representing respondent nos. 5 to 7 has disputed submission made on behalf of petitioner and it is submitted that Title Suit No. 14 of 1997 was instituted by said respondent nos. 5 to 7. According to private respondents suit was decreed against which appeal was preferred by the petitioner but appeal was dismissed.

4. Be that as it may, by presenting this writ petition prayer is made for preventing private respondents from disturbing peaceful possession of the petitioner over property in question. Such prayer made on behalf of petitioner is not countenanced in view of orders passed by Civil Court as it is submitted on behalf of respondent nos. 5 to 7. Police authority is not in position to adjudge right of the parties over property in question. Parties to Title Suit No. 14 of 1997 are required to obey decree passed by Civil Court, if same subsists as on date.
5. State respondents are represented by learned advocate and it is submitted that issue involved in this writ petition is civil in nature requiring parties to approach appropriate forum.
6. In view of aforesaid position present writ petition is not interfered with and same stands dismissed.
